In the event of failure during the warranty period, the end-user should first contact the reseller from whom the printer was purchased regarding the reseller's Warranty Repair procedures. Should the reseller refer you to AMT Datasouth directly, call our east coast service center at 1-800-476-2450 or on the west coast, call 1-800-962-7344 for technical assistance.
During the warranty period, AMT Datasouth or an Authorized Service Center will repair (or at its option, replace) at no charge, components that prove to be defective if the product is returned (shipping prepaid and properly packed) to AMT Datasouth or Authorized Service Center.

If the product must be returned to AMT Datasouth for warranty service, AMT Datasouth will issue the end-user a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number must appear on the box when it arrives at AMT Datasouth. Items returned without Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers appearing on the outside of the box will be assessed a handling charge. |
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGE DUE TO ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR FAILURES THAT RESULT FROM IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, INSTALLATION, REPAIRS, OR IMPROPER USE OF MEDIA. DATASOUTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS USED IN EXCESS OF THEIR RATED DUTY CYCLES.
